Financial Affairs Division
The Financial Affairs Division plays a vital role in supporting the administrative and academic operations of the College by ensuring effective financial management, transparent disbursement of funds, and compliance with university and governmental financial regulations. The division is responsible for organizing financial procedures, preparing budgets, managing expenditures, and providing accurate financial records that contribute to informed decision-making within the College. This unit manages all procedures related to employee payroll, including academic and administrative staff. Its responsibilities include preparing monthly salary statements, updating employee financial records, applying allowances and deductions, and ensuring salaries are disbursed accurately and on schedule. It also coordinates with other departments to process service changes such as promotions, leaves, and contract updates. The Disbursement Unit is tasked with executing financial payments related to the College’s operations. This includes processing purchase orders, settling financial claims, and ensuring that all expenditures comply with financial regulations and approved budgets. The unit verifies supporting documents, ensures accuracy, and maintains organized records of all transactions. This unit is responsible for handling and documenting cash transactions within the College. It receives and records payments such as student fees, deposits, and other financial collections. It also prepares daily financial reports, reconciles balances, and ensures that all collected funds are transferred securely and systematically to the University’s central financial system.Financial Affairs Division
