Follow-up Division

The Follow-Up Division is considered one of the essential administrative units within the college, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of work, monitoring administrative procedures, and overseeing the implementation of regulations and decisions. The division serves as an effective link between the Dean’s Office and the various departments and units of the college by tracking daily operations and monitoring the degree of compliance with the instructions issued by the University Presidency and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The division is responsible for supervising the application of administrative and organizational procedures within the college, documenting observations related to performance, and submitting them to the higher authorities for review in accordance with official guidelines. It also monitors employee attendance, ensures adherence to working hours, organizes duty and guard schedules, and verifies the readiness of departments, buildings, and college facilities to maintain a stable and secure working environment.

In addition, the Follow-Up Division plays a key role in identifying the needs of the college and submitting periodic reports regarding infrastructure conditions and service quality. It coordinates continuously with maintenance and service units to address any issues that may affect the educational or administrative process. The division also monitors official activities and events organized by the college to ensure that they are carried out according to required standards while providing the necessary logistical support.
