Security Permits and Follow-up Division
The Security Permits and Follow-up Division is one of the important administrative divisions in the College of Arts – University of Anbar, as it is responsible for regulating entry and exit procedures to the college buildings and ensuring compliance with approved security regulations and instructions issued by the relevant authorities. The division works to enhance a safe and organized environment within the university campus by managing the movement of staff, students, and visitors, and by following up on related administrative and security procedures. It also contributes to maintaining records, organizing data, and monitoring daily administrative work to ensure smooth operations and accurate procedures within the college. This unit is responsible for organizing the administrative correspondence of the division and archiving it electronically in an organized manner to facilitate future reference. It also manages document archiving, updates administrative databases, and ensures accurate and efficient information management. This unit is responsible for collecting and updating data related to staff, students, and visitors, and organizing databases for entry and exit records. It also provides the necessary information to support administrative and security decision-making within the college. This unit is responsible for issuing and monitoring security permits for entry into the college according to approved regulations. It also coordinates with relevant security authorities and ensures that all required procedures are completed to maintain campus security. This unit serves as the reception interface of the division, guiding visitors and providing them with necessary information. It also helps regulate entry procedures and responds to inquiries to ensure smooth movement within the college. This unit is responsible for issuing identification cards (badges) for students, staff, and authorized visitors. It also updates and renews ID data periodically to ensure accuracy and validity. This unit is responsible for implementing safety procedures within the college, monitoring preventive security requirements, and ensuring the availability of safety equipment in buildings and classrooms. It also identifies potential risks and coordinates with relevant authorities to address them, ensuring a safe environment for students and staff.
