At the forefront is the Dean’s Office Unit, which oversees the dean’s daily schedule, coordinates meetings and official correspondence, organizes administrative tasks, and ensures that directives are accurately communicated to all departments. The structure also includes the Women’s Affairs Unit, which focuses on issues related to women within the college, providing support, monitoring their needs, coordinating relevant activities, and promoting an inclusive environment that enhances the participation and empowerment of women in academic and administrative fields. It receives requests, inquiries, and complaints from stakeholders, ensures their proper documentation, and coordinates with relevant departments to address them in accordance with established procedures, thereby strengthening trust and transparency. Mr. Muhannad Abdul Mubarak Head of Citizens' Affairs Unit In the academic sphere, the Academic Promotions Unit plays a vital role in processing faculty promotion applications. It verifies required documents, ensures compliance with university regulations, coordinates with specialized committees, and follows up on the procedures until approval, thereby contributing to faculty development and academic excellence. Prof. Dr. Taha Shaddad Hamad Head of the Scientific Promotions Unit Financial and administrative operations are supported by the Higher Education Fund Unit, which manages financial revenues and expenditures under the fund’s regulations. It ensures proper documentation, prepares periodic reports, and supports the college’s infrastructure and development projects in accordance with approved financial controls. Ms. Heba Salah Khalil Head of the Higher Education Fund Unit Communication across the college relies on the Central Mail and Confidential Records Unit, which manages the receipt, organization, and distribution of official mail. It also handles confidential correspondence in accordance with strict security and documentation procedures. Ms. Hanaa Khamis Abboud Head of the Central Mail and Confidentials Unit In the context of safety and emergency preparedness, the Civil Defense Unit works to implement safety protocols, monitor emergency equipment, conduct training programs, and ensure readiness to handle fire and emergency situations in coordination with the university’s civil defense teams. Mr. Ahmed Khalil Awaj Head of Civil Defense Unit The college’s media presence is strengthened by the Voice of the University Radio Unit, which broadcasts university-related programs, cultural content, and student activities. The unit also supports the dissemination of awareness messages and strengthens the link between the university and the community. Finally, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit plays an essential role in supporting students’ psychological well-being and academic adaptation. It provides counseling services, handles cases requiring intervention, organizes awareness programs, and guides students toward constructive solutions that enhance their mental health and educational success.
