Services Division

The Services Division is one of the key supporting divisions within the administrative structure of the college. It plays an essential role in providing an environment suitable for academic and administrative work by overseeing and maintaining general services, ensuring continuity of operations, and creating appropriate conditions for students, faculty members, and staff. The division manages and organizes service-related tasks across the college, including cleaning, general maintenance, building care, and meeting the daily service needs of all departments and units.

The division also follows up on periodic and emergency maintenance of equipment and facilities, coordinating with specialized operational units to ensure the readiness of classrooms, laboratories, and administrative offices. Additionally, it supervises logistical support during academic, cultural, and student events, including preparing venues and coordinating service operations within the college.

Among the units affiliated with the division is the Agricultural Unit, which plays an important role in preserving the campus environment and enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the college grounds.

Agricultural Unit

The Agricultural Unit is responsible for maintaining the green areas within the college. Its duties include planting trees and seasonal plants, pruning gardens, managing irrigation, and keeping outdoor spaces clean. The unit implements afforestation plans outlined by the college and university, and contributes to environmental initiatives aimed at expanding green spaces and improving air quality across the campus.

It also oversees indoor plants and garden areas designated for receiving students and visitors, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Through its efforts, the unit helps create a comfortable environment that supports academic work and enhances the psychological well-being of students and staff alike.
