Diwan Affairs Division

The Diwan Affairs Division is one of the essential service divisions in the College of Arts – University of Anbar. It is responsible for organizing administrative and service-related tasks connected to buildings, classrooms, and general facilities within the college. The division works to provide a suitable environment for work and study through supervising maintenance, cleaning, and daily services, ensuring the smooth and efficient continuity of academic and administrative activities.

The division also follows up on the college’s logistical needs, organizes routine maintenance work, and coordinates with various departments and units to ensure that buildings and facilities remain fully operational.

1. Maintenance Unit

This unit is responsible for repairing faults in buildings and facilities within the college, whether electrical, mechanical, or structural. It also carries out regular maintenance of classrooms, offices, and public facilities, ensures infrastructure safety, and responds quickly to any issues to maintain uninterrupted work.

2. Services Unit

This unit provides daily services required by the college, such as cleaning, classroom preparation, and provision of basic logistical supplies. It also prepares halls before lectures and examinations and follows up on departmental service needs, contributing to a clean, organized, and comfortable academic environment.
