Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division is one of the essential administrative divisions within the college, responsible for managing all employment-related matters for the college’s staff, including faculty members, employees, and technicians. Its role is fundamental in ensuring administrative efficiency and adherence to the regulations and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University Presidency. The division oversees the entire employment cycle, from appointment to retirement, while fostering a work environment that supports performance and professional development.

The division is responsible for reviewing and organizing personnel files, issuing administrative orders related to promotions, annual raises, and various types of leave, as well as managing attendance records and monitoring staff presence. It also oversees the distribution of human resources to departments and units according to institutional needs. In addition, the division implements all relevant laws and regulations governing university service and employment rights, ensuring fairness and transparency in all procedures.

The Human Resources Division also plays a key role in training and development by nominating staff members for workshops, training courses, and professional development programs that enhance their administrative and technical competencies. The division contributes to building a positive organizational culture by strengthening administrative communication, supporting employee engagement, and providing accurate information to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Furthermore, the division manages contract procedures, renewals, retirement processes, service verification, and the preparation of statistical reports related to human resources, which serve as important references for strategic planning within the college.

The division also acts as a primary link between the college and the University Presidency regarding all employee-related matters, making it a central administrative pillar that supports the educational and research mission of the college through the effective organization and management of its workforce.
