In reference to the official letter issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Research and Development / Department of Graduate Studies (No. ? ?5/10051, dated 14/9/2025), the University of Anbar is pleased to announce the reopening of the graduate study seat rotation between universities. This process aims to allocate vacant seats for successful candidates in the competitive exam, as well as for candidates eligible under the Ministry’s special adjustment directives.

Applications will be received starting from Monday, September 15, 2025, until the end of the official working hours on Thursday, September 18, 2025. Interested applicants must adhere to the previously circulated seat rotation mechanism (as per University of Anbar letter No. ?.?/2324 dated 21/8/2025) along with the attached commitments.

Universities are required to submit the data of applicants who request rotation to the University of Anbar, using the Excel template previously provided, no later than the close of business on September 18, 2025.
